The Art of Practice Methodology

In this document, "the Platform" means theartofpractice.app.
The Art of Practice methodology, including all frameworks, systems, terminology, and proprietary content, is proprietary intellectual property owned by Gafarova Tanzilia and used by the platform under license (US Copyright Office application No. 1-15142943251, filed April 15, 2026 (registration pending)).
If you purchased the book or subscribe to the app, you are licensed to use the Methodology for your own personal practice and skill development. No additional license is required for personal use.
This does not restrict commentary, criticism, review, news reporting, or brief fair-use quotation with attribution.
A commercial license is required if you wish to:
Certified Coach License: For individuals who wish to use the Methodology in their coaching practice through the Platform. Includes training, certification, and ongoing access to coach tools. Details available upon application through the coach marketplace.
Workshop License: For individuals or organizations who wish to conduct workshops or group training using the Methodology. Includes approved materials and usage guidelines. Granted on a per-event or annual basis.
Enterprise License: For organizations that wish to integrate the Methodology into their training programs, corporate culture, or employee development initiatives. Custom terms based on scope and scale.
Translation License: For publishers or individuals who wish to translate the book into other languages. Includes quality control requirements and territory restrictions.
We actively monitor for unauthorized commercial use of the Methodology. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims for statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement, where available by law, under US copyright law (17 U.S.C. ยง 504).
