Community Guidelines
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
The Art of Practice community exists to help practitioners support each other in their progress. These guidelines apply to all community features: posts, replies, messages, reviews, and accountability partnerships.
Your Content
When you post content to the community, you grant Gafarova Tanzilia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service so it can be shown to other members. You keep ownership of what you post. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, as described in these guidelines and our Terms of Service.
Be Respectful
- Treat everyone with respect, regardless of skill level, discipline, age, or background.
- Constructive criticism is welcome. Personal attacks are not.
- Disagree with ideas, not people.
Be Helpful
- Share your experiences honestly to help others learn.
- If someone asks for advice, share what worked for you without claiming it's the only way.
- Celebrate others' progress genuinely.
Stay On Topic
- Keep discussions relevant to practice, skill development, and the topics being discussed.
- Off-topic posts may be moved or removed.
Prohibited Content
The following are not allowed and will result in content removal and possible account action:
- Harassment or bullying: targeting individuals with repeated unwanted, hostile, or intimidating behavior.
- Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic.
- Threats or violence: direct or implied threats of physical harm.
- Sexually explicit content: pornography or sexually suggestive material.
- Spam or self-promotion: unsolicited advertising, repetitive posts, or promotional content unrelated to practice and skill development.
- Misinformation: deliberately false claims presented as fact, particularly regarding health or safety.
- Doxxing: sharing someone's private information without their consent.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person or falsely claiming credentials.
- Copyright infringement: posting videos, music, images, text or course material that someone else owns without their permission. Report it with Report, then Copyright infringement, or send a notice under our DMCA Policy. A post taken down for copyright is hidden, not deleted, until the matter is settled, and repeat infringers lose their account.
- Illegal content: anything that violates applicable laws.
Private Messages
- A member’s first message to you arrives as a request. Nothing more can be sent until you accept it. If you decline, they aren’t told.
- New accounts can start only a few new conversations a day.
- These guidelines apply in private messages exactly as they do in the feed.
- We don’t read private messages. A message is seen by our team only if the person who received it reports it.
Blocking
You can block any member from their profile or from a private message. You no longer see their posts or comments, neither of you can message, mention or partner with the other, and a practice partnership between you ends. They aren’t notified. You can unblock them in your profile settings.
Coach-Specific Guidelines
- Coaches must not use community features to solicit clients outside the Platform's booking system.
- Coaches must not pressure practitioners to leave positive reviews.
- Coaches must accurately represent their qualifications and experience.
Reporting
If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it in the app: the three-dot menu on a post or comment, Report in a private message, or Report on a member’s profile, then choose the rule it breaks. All reports are reviewed by our team. We will not disclose who reported a post. If we remove your post, comment or message, we tell you which rule it broke.
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- First offense: Content removal and a warning.
- Second offense: Temporary suspension of community features (7 days).
- Third offense or serious violations: Permanent ban from community features or full account termination.
Severe violations (threats, doxxing, illegal content) may result in immediate permanent ban without warning.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was made in error, contact support@theartofpractice.com with the details. We will review your appeal within 7 business days.
